RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
We only accept returns for items that are:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all original packaging and labels intact
- Not damaged, altered, or soiled
- Free from signs of use or wear
Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for a prepaid return shipping label
4. Pack the item securely with original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us using the provided label
Return Shipping
Return shipping labels are provided free of charge. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs. Simply use the prepaid label we provide.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved: Refund will be processed within 5 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items must meet our condition requirements to qualify for a refund. If an item does not meet these standards, it will be returned to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items with visible damage or defects caused by customer
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or sale items (final sale)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund at your request.

Refund Policy
